1. AMIT SHAH LAUNCHES A LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING TRAINING PROGRAM IN NEW DELHI
A legislative writing training course was officially launched in New Delhi by Home Minister Amit Shah. Through this program, officers of the Parliament, State Legislatures, different Ministries, Statutory Bodies, and other Government Departments will have a better grasp of the concepts and procedures of legislative writing.

Geeta Rao Gupta, an Indian American, has been appointed by the US Senate as the State Department's Ambassador at Large for Global Women's Issues. The department tweeted that Gupta needed to use US foreign policy to improve women's and girls' rights.
